用溶胶凝胶法在有序的阳极氧化铝模板中制备了二氧化锡纳米管.用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜对二氧化锡纳米管的微观形貌进行了表征;用选区电子衍射,X射线衍射对其结构进行了表征. 结果表明:用此方法制备的纳米管为多晶的锡石结构,管壁厚度约为20-30 nm,管径约100-200 nm, 长度在微米量级.
SnO2 nanotubes were prepared by sol-gel method in an ordered anodic alumina template.The morphology of SnO2 nanotubes was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) The results show that the nanotubes prepared by this method are polycrystal cassiterite, the wall thickness is about 20-30 nm, the diameter is about 100-200 nm, the length is on the order of micrometers .
