随着本地社会工作行业的蓬勃发展,深圳也越发重视社会工作服务机构(以下简称社工机构)的组织建设工作,每年对社工机构开展绩效评估工作,旨在不断优化各个机构的管理及运作水平其中,有一项非常重要的指标——机构战略规划(也称为中长期规划的制定与监测。那么,究竟什么是战略规划?深圳优秀的社工机构都是如何制定战略规划的?笔者调研及了解多家机构的战略规划制定过程,总结形成了深圳社工机构战略规划的制定经验。
