为了研究国产奥氏体不锈钢S30408的本构关系,对不同厚度的不锈钢试件进行单向拉伸试验。基于试件拉伸的试验曲线,得到不锈钢的名义应力-应变曲线及相关参数,之后将试验结果与各本构模型进行对比。结果表明:不锈钢材料具有明显的非线性;R-O模型较试验值结果偏大,Rasmussen模型、G-N模型和Quach模型与试验值误差较小。最后,采用各本构模型确定的材料的真实应力-应变建立有限元模型进行分析,发现分析结果与试验值吻合较好,建议的本构模型可用于后续关于不锈钢S30408构件及连接的相关研究。
In order to study the constitutive relationship of domestic austenitic stainless steel S30408, uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on different thickness stainless steel specimens. Based on the test curve of tensile specimen, the nominal stress-strain curve and the related parameters of stainless steel were obtained, and then the test results were compared with the constitutive models. The results show that the stainless steel has obvious non-linearity. The R-O model is larger than the experimental value, and the error between Rasmussen model, G-N model and Quach model is small. Finally, using the finite element model of the real stress-strain of the material determined by each constitutive model, the analysis result is in good agreement with the experimental value. The proposed constitutive model can be used in the subsequent research on the S30408 stainless steel component and the connection.
