腹股沟肉芽肿(杜凡诺氏肉芽肿)亦称第五性病,通常认为是一种无痛性,向周围缓慢进展,累及两性生殖器皮肤及粘膜的表浅性疾病。此病常由生殖器向会阴及腹股沟区蔓延。常出现卫星样损害。由于淋巴管阻塞,呈现象皮病。6%的患者伴有生殖器外损害,通常在口腔和颈部,估计可能为自体接种所引起。在极少数的情况下,可伴有远隔部位的骨损害,这只能用血行性播散来解释。尽管可存在象皮病及继发感染,但局部淋巴结在通常情况下并无显著增大。 Inguinal granuloma (Duffer’s granulomatosis), also known as the fifth sexually transmitted disease, is generally considered to be painless and progresses slowly to the periphery, involving the superficial diseases of the skin and mucous membranes of the genitalia. The disease often spreads from the genitals to the perineum and groin area. Satellite-like damage often occurs. Due to obstruction of lymphatic vessels, elephantiasis appears. In 6% of patients with extragenital lesions, usually in the mouth and neck, it is estimated that they may be caused by autologous vaccination. In rare cases, bone damage can be associated with distant sites, which can only be explained by hematogenous spread. Although there may be elephantiasis and secondary infections, local lymph nodes do not increase significantly in the usual situation.
