建厂以来,找们把两个文明建设放在同一高度来认识,同一起点来抓,全厂干部职工团结一心,艰苦奋斗,使企业一步一个脚印,一年一个台阶地稳步前进,先后获得了省局、部级双文明企业称号,省级文明单位称号;县地社会治安综合治理先进单位称号,局“先进职工之家”称号;连续两年评为全国大型水电厂劳动竞赛先进企业,获县、地级“四无”单位称号(一无治安案件,二无刑事案件,三无违法犯罪人员,四无突发性事件和治安灾害事件)。精神文明建设的巨大成果,极大地促进了物质文明建设。“八五”期间最高安全日达614天.主设备完好率达100％,五年共发电124亿千瓦时,全员劳动生产率平均达50万元/人年。
