目的探讨久灵膏的抗菌作用。方法制备不同浓度的含药营养琼脂培养基和含药营养肉汤培养基,观察久灵膏的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC);用兔烫伤皮肤感染抑菌实验来观察久灵膏的体内抗菌作用。结果1)久灵膏的MIC和MBC分别为2.0%￣3.0%及3.0%￣6.0%。2)对实验动物显示有较好的抗菌、抗感染作用。结论久灵膏体内和体外均有不同程度的抑菌和杀菌作用。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of Jiuling paste. Methods Different concentrations of drug-containing nutrient agar medium and drug-containing nutrient broth medium were prepared to observe the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Jiuling cream; Jiuling cream in vivo antibacterial effect. Results 1) The MIC and MBC of Jiuling paste were 2.0% to 3.0% and 3.0% to 6.0%, respectively. 2) The animals exhibited better antibacterial and anti-infective effects. Conclusion Jiuling paste has different degrees of antibacterial and bactericidal effects both in vitro and in vivo.
