用Balb/c纯系小鼠制作呼吸道流感病毒感染模型 ,观察清肺饮对NK细胞活性、白细胞介素 - 2 (IL 2 )含量、干扰素 (IFN γ)诱生、T细胞亚群含量的影响。结果显示 :IFN γ、IL 2、NK细胞活性之间存在直线相关关系 ;清肺饮能增强NK细胞活力 ,提高IL 2活性 ,诱生IFN γ(优于阳性对照药病毒唑 ) ,还能提高CD3 +、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+,降低CD8+,而病毒唑对CD4+无明显影响。说明清肺饮能够提高小鼠细胞免疫功能 ,具有重要的免疫启动和免疫调节作用 ,对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能抑制或低下状态起到激发作用。
A model of respiratory influenza virus infection was made in Balb/c pure mice to observe the effects of Qingfeiyin on NK cell activity, interleukin-2 (IL 2 ) content, interferon (IFN γ) induction, and T cell subpopulation influences. The results showed that there was a linear correlation between IFN γ, IL 2 and NK cell activity; Qingfeiyin could enhance NK cell viability, increase IL 2 activity, induce IFN γ (better than positive control drug ribavirin), and increase CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + /CD8 + decreased CD8 +, while ribavirin had no significant effect on CD4 +. It shows that Qingfei Decoction can improve the cellular immune function of mice, has important immune initiation and immune regulation, and stimulates immune function suppression or low status in mice infected with influenza virus.
