观察单独给铅和联合给铅、锌及铅、锌、硒时小鼠红细胞及脑组织中脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxidase,LPO)含量的变化以及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSHPx)活性的变化.结果,单独给铅时红细胞和脑组织中脂质过氧化物含量明显升高的同时谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显降低,与对照组比较,P<0.05或P<0.01.联合给铅、锌或铅、锌、硒时红细胞和脑组织中的脂质过氧化物含量明显降低,同时谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显升高,而且铅、锌、硒联合染毒时的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性高于铅、锌联合染毒的小鼠,与单独给铅组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).
To observe the changes of lipid peroxidase (LPO) contents in erythrocytes and brain tissues of mice exposed to lead and zinc, lead and lead, zinc and selenium alone, and the changes of glutathione peroxidase (Glutathioneperoxidase, GSH Px) activity changes. As a result, glutathione peroxidase activity of the erythrocytes and brain tissues was significantly increased while lead alone was significantly decreased, P <0.05 or P <0.01 compared with the control group . When combined with lead, zinc or lead, zinc and selenium, the content of lipid peroxides in erythrocytes and brain tissues decreased significantly, meanwhile the activity of glutathione peroxidase increased obviously, and the combination of lead, zinc and selenium (P <0.01 or P <0.05) was higher than that of the lead alone group when compared with lead and zinc alone groups.
