近些年来,桩基础是国内应用最为广泛的一种基础形式,其工程质量涉及上部结构的安全。桩基工程质量除受地域岩土差异、施工水平、施工工艺等相关影响因素外,它还具有施工隐蔽性高,难发现问题。所以在施工验收时,基桩检测列为强制性要求,其中包含桩的承载力和桩身完整性检测,桩身完整性检测方法包括低应变法、高应变法、声波透射法、钻芯法,每种检测方法适用条件不一样。单桩竖向抗压静载试验是常用的检测基桩承载力的方法,承载力达不到设计要求的因素很多,本文结合一些工程案例对常见承载力不合格的问题分析,并给出预防措施及对策。
