以线椒“8819”为试材,采用盆栽的方法,盐胁迫下设置甘露醇不同喷施浓度(0、0.02、0.10、0.50、2.50、12.50g/L),整盆取样并进行各指标测定,研究在盐胁迫下甘露醇不同浓度喷施对辣椒根系和地上部生长发育的影响。结果表明:在0.02~2.50g/L浓度范围内,甘露醇喷施促进了辣椒的生长发育,随着甘露醇喷施浓度增加,辣椒生长各指标(株高、茎粗、SPAD)、各器官干物质积累量、根冠比、根系形态指标和根系生理活性指标均呈先升后降的趋势,其中以0.10g/L浓度处理效果最好;当喷施浓度达到12.50g/L以上时各指标均低于对照,说明甘露醇高浓度喷施对盐胁迫下辣椒的生长发育产生抑制作用。综上,盐胁迫下甘露醇在0.02~2.50g/L浓度范围内喷施促进了辣椒的生长发育,其中以0.10g/L浓度处理效果最好,超过12.50g/L后对辣椒的生长发育产生抑制作用。
The experiment was carried out by using the method of potted plants with different spraying concentrations of mannitol (0, 0.02, 0.10, 0.50, 2.50 and 12.50 g / L) under salt stress.
