神经鞘瘤是一种来源于神经鞘施旺细胞的肿瘤。神经鞘瘤患者中,有5%~18%罹患von Recklinghausen病;在非von Recklinghausen病的神经鞘瘤患者当中,仅有3%发生于腹膜后~([1])。而发生于肾脏的神经鞘瘤临床上更是极为罕见。现报道2014年2月—2015年10月本院收治的2例肾门部肾脏神经鞘瘤及其初步诊断治疗体会。1病例资料 Schwannoma is a tumor derived from neural sheath Schwann cells. 5% to 18% of patients with schwannomas have von Recklinghausen disease; only 3% of patients with schwannomas without von Recklinghausen disease develop retroperitoneal (1).
