介绍了泵用串联式干气密封的工作原理、结构形式和测控系统,根据工艺条件和环保要求以及串联式干气密封在实际运行中出现的问题,分析了氮气压力、流量、速度等操作参数对密封性能影响,提出了不同工况下辅助干气密封的操作参数运行优化和主密封辅助结构的优化措施,并列举了应用实例,研究结果为轻烃泵使用串联式干气密封提供了参考依据。
This paper introduces the working principle, structure and measurement and control system of series dry gas seal for pump. According to the problems of process conditions, environmental protection and series dry gas seal in actual operation, the operating parameters of nitrogen pressure, flow rate and velocity are analyzed The influence of the sealing performance on the operating parameters of the auxiliary dry gas seal under different operating conditions and the optimization measures of the main seal auxiliary structure are presented.
