库木吐喇石窟位于新疆库车县境内,古代库车(龟兹)处在丝绸之路要冲。库木吐喇石窟是仅次于克孜尔石窟的第二大龟兹石窟群,它具有规模大、壁画内容丰富多样、条件艰苦、病害复杂、损坏严重等特点。2001年至2009年,由联合国教科文组织使用日本政府文化遗产保护信托基金对库木吐喇石窟进行保护,完成了一系列前期调查、收集资料和现场试验,在管理、基础研究等方面取得了丰硕的成果。本文以UNESCO援助库木吐喇石窟保护项目为例,对国际合作项目的管理、取得的技术成果和保护理念进行阐述。
Kucha Tu La Grottoes located in Kuche County, Xinjiang, the ancient Kuche (Kucha) in the Silk Road impulse. Kucha Tuocha Grottoes is second only to Kizil Grottoes the second largest Kudu Grottoes, it has a large scale, murals rich and varied, difficult conditions, complex diseases, serious damage and so on. From 2001 to 2009, a series of preliminary surveys, data collection and field tests were conducted by UNESCO on the protection of the Kunmu Tuala Grottoes by using the Japanese Government’s Cultural Trust for the Preservation of Heritage. In terms of management and basic research, Fruitful results. Taking the UNESCO Aidu Tuotu Grottoes Protection Project as an example, this article elaborates on the management of international cooperation projects, the technological achievements and the protection concepts.
