目的研究中西医结合疗法用于卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗的疗效。方法将60例卵巢黄体破裂适合保守治疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组使用中西医联合疗法,对照组使用纯西医治疗。结果治疗组的治疗效果及住院时间较对照组均有明显优势。结论中西医联合治疗用于卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗是可行的。 Objective To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on conservative treatment of corpus luteum rupture. Methods Sixty patients with corpus luteum rupture suitable for conservative treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the combination therapy of western medicine and the western medicine treatment in the control group. Results The treatment effect and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for conservative treatment of corpus luteum rupture is feasible.
