讨论了加氢装置固定床反应器压力降升高过快的原因及产生的位置。为了减少催化剂床层上造成压力降升高的灰垢沉积 ,提出采用特殊的催化剂系统解决压力降问题 ,如催化剂床层采用尺寸梯度和活性梯度的装填方式 ,应用具有大孔体积的保护剂等。
The reason why the pressure drop of fixed-bed reactor in hydrogenation unit increases too fast and the location of the reaction are discussed.
