细菌群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)是一种依赖于菌体密度而普遍存在于微生物之间的沟通协调机制,控制着细菌的生长、增殖、致病性、生物膜形成及相关群体活动行为。通过阻断细菌群体感应信号,可以抑制病原菌的致病性。本文从群体感应角度总结了抑制病原菌的方法和研究进展,为临床新型抗菌药物的设计提供理论依据和新策略。
Quorum sensing (QS) is a communication and coordination mechanism that is ubiquitous among microorganisms depending on cell density, and controls the growth, proliferation, pathogenicity, biofilm formation and related activities of bacteria. By blocking the bacterial population sensing signal, can inhibit the pathogenicity of pathogens. This article summarizes the methods and research progress of inhibiting pathogens from the perspective of population induction and provides theoretical basis and new strategies for the design of clinical novel antimicrobial agents.
