具有磁阻效应的绕线式转子无刷双馈电机是一种新型电机,它利用了磁阻式转子的磁通导向作用和绕线式转子接线灵活的特点,具有转子耦合能力强、磁动势高次谐波含量低、电机输出功率密度高等优点.文中介绍这一新型混合式转子结构,并对基于该结构的无刷双馈电机在转子侧无绕组时电机的磁阻效应,以及在转子侧无磁阻效应时新绕组结构电机的电磁性能进行了分析.对定子侧结构相同、控制绕组侧施加相同激励情况下,采用新型混合式转子、双正弦绕线式转子的两种转子结构的无刷双馈电机进行了研究,对比了电机的气隙磁场、电机系统输出功率和电机效率.通过实验与仿真结果对采用新型混合式设计电机的动态性能进行了研究,验证了样机仿真结果的正确性,同时试验结果也表明新型混合式无刷发电机性能的优越性.“,”It is a new type of wound rotor brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) which has magnetoresistive effect. Because of the reluctance rotor's flux oriented function and the flexible characteristics of the winding rotor connection, it has the advantages of strong coupling ability, low harmonic content of the magnetic motive force (MMF) and high output power density. This paper introduced the new hybrid rotor structure, on the basis of this structure, the magnetoresistive effect of the BDFM without rotor winding was analyzed, and the electromagnetic performance of the new winding structure motor without magnetoresistance effect in its rotor side was analyzed. Under the same condition of the stator structure and the excitation of the control winding, it also compares the novel hybrid rotor BDFM with the ordinary sinusoidal windings rotor BDFM in the air gap field, the output power and the efficiency. The dynamic performance of the novel hybrid rotor BDFM is analyzed through the simulation and experiment, and the correctness of the simulation is verified. The result also shows the superiority of the novel hybrid rotor BDFM.
