在机械设计中,往往遇到正反转要求不同速比的情况,如进刀要求较慢、退刀要求较快;或正转(反转)要求较快,反转(正转)要求较慢等.一般的变速离合器需用外力(机械、手动、电磁、液压等手段)来实现分合,这样往往使机构复杂、操作不便。笔者前两年设计了一种正反转不同速比的自动离合器,应用于专用切削机床(汽车活塞环铣开口机)的进退刀机构中,该机构的构造简单、操作方便。现把该机构工作原理与设计要点介绍如下,供参考。图1为正反转不同速比的自动离合器。离合器的齿轮外套2和6分别空套在传动轴1上;星形轮3和7用键固定在传动轴1上;撞块5的三个叉子插入右星形轮3的缺口中,其中间孔空套在垫圈4上;垫圈4安装在两星形轮中间的传动轴1上.撞块5能在垫圈4上
