微型计算机应用于电子测量仪器是它的应用领域中的一个很有前途的分支,它使测试人员从繁琐的劳动中解放出来。本系统仅对《集成电路动态参数的测试仪进行微机控制以期使仪器测量自动化,对测量数据进行数学处理达到测试速快,精度高的目的。《集成电动动态参数测试仪》(以下简称《动参仪》)的微机控制系统包括硬件和软件两部分,硬件部分是微机控制系统的电路部分,软件是微机进行控制操作的一系列监控程序和测试程序。本文仅讲述《动参仪》的微机控制系统硬件部分。
The application of microcomputers to electronic measuring instruments is a promising branch of its application that frees testers from tedious work. This system only carries on the microcomputer control to the tester of the dynamic parameter of the integrated circuit in order to make the measuring automation of the instrument, carry on the mathematics treatment to the measuring data and achieve the goal of testing fast, high precision. The microcomputer control system of “integrated dynamic parameter tester” (hereinafter referred to as “dynamic parameter tester”) includes two parts: hardware and software. The hardware part is the circuit part of the microcomputer control system. The software is a series of monitoring programs for microcomputer control operation and test program. This article only describes the “dynamic parameters” computer control system hardware.
