为了解西安市城区中老年健身跑状况,本文运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、现场访谈,对西安市城区550名中老年健身跑爱好者健身基本状况、锻炼方法、伤病情况、锻炼心理等方面进行调查分析。结果表明,健身跑受到城市中老年普遍喜爱。被调查中年龄、性别和职业特征明显。锻炼过程中计划性不够、规律性不强、时间、频率不稳定、恢复以及伤病预防常识欠缺等问题较为普遍。中老年人只有坚持长期、有规律的健身跑活动,并掌握健身跑基本常识,加强医务监督,调节心理状态,才能达到提高身心健康水平,防病治病、延年益寿的功效。
In order to understand the health running conditions of middle-aged and elderly people in urban area of Xi’an, this paper uses the literature research, questionnaire survey and field interview to analyze the basic fitness conditions, exercise methods, injuries and psychological conditions of 550 middle- Conduct investigation and analysis. The results show that fitness running is popular among middle-aged and elderly people in cities. The age, gender and occupational characteristics of the surveyed persons were obvious. The planning process is not enough exercise, regularity is not strong, time and frequency instability, recovery and injury prevention common sense lack of knowledge and other issues are more common. Only by adhering to long-term and regular physical activity running activities and mastering the basic common sense of fitness running, the middle-aged and the elderly can achieve the effect of improving physical and mental health, preventing and curing diseases and prolonging life expectancy by strengthening medical supervision and adjusting mental state.
