目的:建立HPLC法测定雾灵鼻通中盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用shim-pack CLC—ODS(6 mm ×150 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇:0.34%磷酸二氢钾(55:45)为流动相,流速1 ml·min-1,检测波长257 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围分别为0.1~0.5 mg·ml-1和0.01~0.05 mg·ml-1;r均为0.999 9;样品的平均回收率分剐为100.1% (RSD=0.8%,n=5)和100.1%(RSD=1.2%,n=5)。结论:本方法快速、简便、结果准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of shim-pack CLC-ODS (6 mm × 150 mm) column with methanol: 0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (55:45) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml · min- nm. Results: The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 0.1-0.5 mg · ml-1 and 0.01-0.05 mg · ml-1, respectively; r was 0.999 9; The average recovery of samples was 100.1% (RSD = 0.8%, n = 5) and 100.1% (RSD = 1.2%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
