大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂为加氢精制装置扩能改造 ,解决柴油质量问题 ,采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FH -98加氢精制催化剂进行了首次工业应用试验。FH -98催化剂经过装填、干燥、预硫化和初期活性稳定等步骤处理后 ,于 1 999年 7月 1 6日正式投入工业运转。以大庆焦化柴油和重催柴油混合为原料进行了催化剂工业标定。结果表明 ,FH -98催化剂堆积密度低 ,仅为 0 .80 8t/m3,可节省1 7%的催化剂费用 ,在操作空速高达 2 .87h- 1的条件下 ,仍具有高的加氢精制活性和稳定性。脱氮率达到 70 %以上 ,脱硫率达到 93 %以上。加氢精制后 ,柴油质量得到明显改善 ,各项指标均符合国家优级品标准 ,也符合目前国际规格的低硫柴油标准。
