应用Fluent软件对不同结构的蓄热烧嘴进行了数值模拟,对自行设计的4套烧嘴8种标准设计工况的温度分布、组分分布和速度分布进行了数值仿真。分析了不同预热温度对温度分布、组分分布的影响。
Fluent software was used to simulate the regenerative burners of different structures. The temperature distribution, composition distribution and velocity distribution of 8 kinds of standard designed working conditions of 4 sets of burners designed by ourselves were numerically simulated. The effects of different preheating temperature on temperature distribution and composition distribution were analyzed.
