文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和综合分析法,对辽阳市白塔区150个太极拳站点,2000人进行了调查。结果显示:第一练习太极拳能够预防和治疗类风湿、心绞痛;第二练习太极拳能够预防和治疗静脉炎、动脉硬化、脉管炎;第三练习太极拳能够提高睡眠质量;第四练习太极拳能够预防和治疗糖尿病;第五练习太极拳能够预防和治疗乳腺癌;第六练习太极拳能够预防和治疗锁骨骨尖肿瘤;第七练习太极拳能够预防和治疗月经不调、内分泌失调等妇科病;第八练习太极拳能够预防和治疗高血压;第九练习太极拳能够预防和治疗颈椎、心脏、胃病;第十练习太极拳能真正起到延缓衰老。目的是揭示练习太极拳防病治病的健身功效,为太极拳爱好者提供访谈实例,提高太极拳在全民健身中的作用。
The article investigated the Taijiquan site of 150 Taijiquan sites in Baita District of Liaoyang with 2,000 people by using the methods of documentation, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis. The results show that: the first practice of Tai Chi can prevent and treat rheumatoid, angina pectoris; the second practice of Tai Chi can prevent and treat phlebitis, arteriosclerosis, vasculitis; the third exercise Taijiquan can improve the quality of sleep; the fourth exercise Tai Chi Boxing can prevent and treat diabetes; the fifth practice of Tai Chi can prevent and treat breast cancer; the sixth practice of Tai Chi can prevent and treat clavicular bone tumor; seventh practice Taijiquan can prevent and treat irregular menstruation, endocrine disorders and other gynecological The eighth practice of Tai Chi can prevent and treat high blood pressure. The ninth practice of Tai Chi can prevent and cure cervical, heart and stomach problems. Tenth practice Taijiquan can really delay aging. The purpose is to reveal the fitness effect of practicing Taijiquan to prevent and treat diseases, provide interview examples for Taiji fans, and enhance the role of Taijiquan in national fitness.
