实验以天然钙基膨润土为原料,经过改性制备出了锂基膨润土。探索了膨润土用量、松香酸浓度、吸附温度、吸附时间对松香酸吸附的影响,最后对锂基膨润土吸附松香酸的机理进行了研究。结果表明:吸附松香酸最佳条件为:反应时间90 min,反应温度50℃,松香酸浓度500 mg·L-1,膨润土用量200 mg·L-1;经过改性后,膨润土的吸水性和吸附量都有了一定的提高。
In the experiment, natural calcium bentonite was used as raw material, and lithium bentonite was prepared through modification. The effects of the amount of bentonite, the concentration of rosin, the adsorption temperature and the adsorption time on the adsorption of rosin acid were explored. Finally, the mechanism of adsorption of rosin acid on lithium bentonite was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the adsorption of abietic acid were: reaction time 90 min, reaction temperature 50 ℃, abietic acid concentration 500 mg · L-1, and bentonite dosage 200 mg · L-1. After modification, Adsorption capacity has been a certain increase.
