本文应用加权残值法(MWR)对轧机主传动系统扭振进行了仿真,并处理了变刚度与变阻尼的情况。通过对轧机主传动系统发生自激振动的分析得出:产生自激振动的主要原因是在轧辊、轧件间形成了混合润滑摩擦。给出了发生自激振动的充要条件及形成不同自激振动类型的状况。
In this paper, the torsional vibration of the main drive system of a rolling mill is simulated by weighted residual method (MWR), and the variable stiffness and variable damping are also dealt with. Through the analysis of the self-excited vibration of the main drive system of the rolling mill, the main reason for the self-excited vibration is that the mixed lubrication friction is formed between the roll and the rolling stock. The necessary and sufficient conditions for self-excited vibration and the conditions for forming different types of self-excited vibration are given.
