建立运动副零件受力与钩爪尺寸、摩擦系数、连杆角度和外部载荷的函数表达式,并通过运动分析软件验证表达式的合理性。确定影响运动副的关键参数及其对零件受力的影响趋势,结果表明:钩爪运动副优化的有效方法为增长钩爪上2个销轴孔的间距。采用运动分析软件对优化前后的零件受力进行分析比较,结果表明:优化后零件受力得到了改善。
The function expressions of the force and the size of the claw, the friction coefficient, the connecting rod angle and the external load are established, and the rationality of the expression is verified by the motion analysis software. Determine the key parameters that affect the movement of deputy and its impact on the part of the force trend, the results show that: hook paw side optimization of the effective method is to increase the distance between the two pin holes on the hook claw.
