为研究生产上出现的高温气候下Bt棉不抗虫现象的原因,本文以两个不同类型Bt棉品种为材料,在人工气候室内设计3、5、7 d的高温(39℃)处理,探讨高温对棉铃虫首先取食器官铃壳Bt蛋白含量及氮代谢的影响。结果表明,高温持续胁迫7 d内,铃壳Bt蛋白含量呈持续下降特征,持续胁迫3 d内尤其是在1 d内下降幅度最大。相应地,铃壳中可溶性蛋白含量、谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶(GPT)和谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT)活性下降;铃壳中游离氨基酸含量,蛋白酶和肽酶活性提高,尤其以胁迫1 d内变化幅度最大。因此,铃期高温气候会对Bt棉抗虫性有较大影响,应及时做好棉铃虫等相关害虫的防治。
In order to study the reason of non-insect resistance of Bt cotton in the high-temperature climatic conditions, two different types of Bt cotton were used as materials to design high-temperature (39 ℃) treatment in artificial climate chamber for 3,5,7 days Effects of High Temperature on Bt Protein Content and Nitrogen Metabolism of First Ingestion Organ of Cotton Bollworm. The results showed that the content of Bt protein in the shell of the bollworm continued to decrease within 7 days of continuous high temperature stress, and the maximum decrease occurred within 3 days of continuous stress, especially within 1 d. Correspondingly, the contents of soluble protein, glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamate oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) in the shell decreased, while the content of free amino acids, protease and peptidase in the shell increased, especially in stress 1d within the largest changes. Therefore, the boll climate will have a greater impact on Bt cotton insect resistance, insect pests and other related should be promptly done bollworm prevention and control.
