改革开放20多年以来,国民经济快速发展,社会保障体系逐步建立的同时社会也进入了老龄化。全国60岁以上老年人口已达1．32亿,并以每年3．2%的速度急剧增长,这些老年人口相当一部分是退休职工,本文结合本单位实际情况,试图探讨加强离退休管理工作的有效途径,为退休职工今后走向社会化管理提出一些有益的建议。
Since the reform and opening up for more than 20 years, the rapid development of the national economy and the gradual establishment of a social security system have also brought about the aging of the society. Over the age of 60, the number of elderly people over the age of 60 has reached 132 million and has risen sharply at a rate of 3.2% per annum. A considerable portion of these elderly people are retired workers.
