肇庆大旺总统大酒店为采用框架-核心筒结构的超高层建筑,存在塔楼偏置、跃层柱、屋面偏心收进等多种不规则情况。采用多种程序对结构进行弹性、弹塑性分析,保证结构在小震下完全弹性,同时补充了关键构件在中震和大震下的验算,计算结果表明多项指标均满足规范要求。根据计算结果中构件的损伤情况,对关键构件如底部剪力墙、框架柱、跃层柱、悬挑构件、钢管混凝土斜撑等采取有效构造加强措施,以保证其在地震作用下的延性。
Daqing Grand Hotel Zhaoqing is a super high-rise building with a frame-core tube structure. There are irregularities such as tower offset, thermocline column, eccentric roof retraction and other irregularities. The structure is elastically and elasto-plastic analyzed by a variety of procedures to ensure that the structure is completely elastic under minor earthquakes. Meanwhile, the checking of key components under moderate and large earthquakes is completed. The calculation results show that a number of indicators meet the requirements of the code. According to the damage of the components in the calculation results, effective structural reinforcement measures are taken for the key components such as the bottom shear wall, frame column, thermocline column, cantilever members and concrete-filled steel tube bracing so as to ensure their ductility under earthquake action.
