随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,群众对于生活质量的追求已经不仅仅停留在物质层面,精神文化层面的追求也与日俱增。这也是千百年来人们对美不懈的追求与探索。因此,各类经营性培训机构应运而生,一方面改变了过去人们只能通过学校教育来追求美学习美的方式,另一方面也为广大群众提供了更广阔的学习平台,这类培训机构中较为典型的要数舞蹈培训机构了。然而许多经营性培训机构由于自身规模小、师资力量参差不齐、资金有限等原因,导致内部管理制度不够完善。本文在分析国内经营性舞蹈培训机构内部管理现状的基础上,找寻导致这种现状的原因,并提出相应的完善策略。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of the internal management of domestic business dance training institutions, this paper finds out the reasons leading to this situation and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.
