Tungsten conductive ceramic thick film material can work long-term at 500 ~ 700 ℃, high temperature stability of conductive thick film material and the glass phase in the material type and content. By taking measures to reduce the glass phase and the content of PbBO3, increase the softening temperature of the glass phase, prepare glass-ceramic as the glass phase of the thick film material and heat-treat the material, the high-temperature stability of the material can be effectively improved.
