针对当前太阳模拟器辐照均匀性难以提高的问题,设计了一种新型集束式光学积分器。在对称式光学积分器理论分析的基础上,介绍了集束式光学积分器的设计过程,用Light Tools软件对太阳模拟器光学系统进行模拟仿真。结果表明,使用集束式光学积分器后,太阳模拟器不均匀度显著降低,在Φ50 mm范围内小于0.2%,Φ(50~120)mm范围内小于1.5%,满足高辐照均匀性的使用要求。
Aiming at the problem that the radiation uniformity of solar simulator is hard to be improved, a new type of optical integrator is designed. Based on the theoretical analysis of the symmetrical optical integrator, the design process of the integrated optical integrator is introduced, and the simulation software of the solar simulator optical system is implemented with Light Tools software. The results show that the asymmetry of the solar simulator is significantly reduced after using the beam integrator, less than 0.2% in the range of Φ50 mm and less than 1.5% in the range of Φ (50 ~ 120) mm, which meets the high radiation uniformity requirements.
