美国著名的二语习得教授Mike Long在2015年由威立-布莱克威尔出版社出版了新作《二语习得和任务型语言教学》。本文将对该书的内容进行简要介绍和评论。主要介绍任务型语言教学(TBLT)的语言学基础、心理语言学基础和哲学基础,以及具体的实施步骤,包括需求分析、确定目标任务、分析目标话语、大纲设计、方法论原则等。该书清晰地阐述了已有教学方法的不足,全面阐述了TBLT的理论基础和实施方法,为国内语言教学提供了思路。但是也存在一些不足,需要进一步的研究进行支持。
Mike Long, a famous American second language acquisition professor, published his new book “Second Language Acquisition and Task-Based Language Teaching” by Willie Blackwell Press in 2015. This article will be the contents of the book a brief introduction and comment. It mainly introduces the linguistic foundation, psycholinguistics foundation and philosophical basis of task-based language teaching (TBLT), as well as the concrete implementation steps, including the needs analysis, the goal determination, the target discourse analysis, the outline design and the methodology principles. The book clearly illustrates the shortcomings of existing teaching methods, a comprehensive exposition of the theoretical basis and implementation methods of TBLT, providing ideas for the domestic language teaching. However, there are also some shortcomings that need further research to support it.
