利用我们自行研制的高效、中场强的脉冲磁场热处理设备对 W_6Mo_3Cr_4V_2常用高速钢的磁场回火进行系统地研究,发现电磁脉冲磁场可使高速钢的回火次数和回火周期显著减少,组织和性能得到改善.进而优选出最佳脉冲磁场回火工艺为560℃×45分×2次.采用此工艺可使高速钢工具的硬度,红硬性,抗弯强度和冲击韧性较常规560℃×1h×3—4次回火的工具有不同程度的提高.经实际生产考核,可使高速钢制中心钻,小丝锥和冲模寿命提高40%~140%.
The magnetic field tempering of W_6Mo_3Cr_4V_2 common high-speed steel was systematically studied by using the self-developed high-efficiency mid-field pulsed magnetic field heat treatment equipment.
