为提高医学心理学教学水平,改革以往教学中的诸多问题,本研究旨在探索一种新的教学模式——医学心理学的“三化式教学模式”,即理论内容的实验化、临床内容的操作化、教与学的情景化。以临床五年及“5+3”学制学生为实验对象,通过对照实验探明新模式在引导学生学习方式转变和提高教学效果上的作用,以促进学生知识掌握和技能发展为总体目标,建立融科学性和可操作性为一体的医学心理学教学模式。“,”To improve the teaching level of medical psychology and reform perennial teaching problems, this study aims to explore a new teaching moden -“trinity educational model” of medical psychology, namely, the practice bases on theoretical content, the operationalization of clinical content, the scenario of teaching and learning. We recruited clinical students who majored in fiven -year program and “5+3”program as objects, and compared the learning effect of new model with a control trial so as to promote students' knowledge mastery and skill development. Ultimately, this study explores the establishment of scientific and operational teaching mode of medical psychology.n
