我国是世界上最重要的钢铁生产大国与消费大国,铁矿石贸易融资属于我国中小钢铁企业在商贸中获得银行信贷的主要方式。通过该种贸易金融方式能促使广大中小钢铁企业的经营规模逐渐扩大,更加促使其经营成本降低,经济效益增加。但是,在当前经济形势较为低迷的影响下,部分钢铁企业的进口贸易金融业务出现了一定风险。本文在了解铁矿石进口贸易金融业务存在的风险后,基于风险防范的视角提出了几点风险防范措施。 China is the most important steel producer and consumer in the world, and the iron ore trade financing is the main way for Chinese small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises to obtain bank credit in business. Through such trade and financial means, the operation scale of large and small iron and steel enterprises can be gradually expanded, further driving down their operating costs and increasing economic benefits. However, under the current downturn in the economic situation, some iron and steel enterprises have taken some risks in the import trade finance business. After understanding the risks existing in the iron ore import trade financial business, this article puts forward several risk precautionary measures based on the perspective of risk prevention.
