我厂与哈工大共同研制的《一吨空气锤减震基础》于一九八四年十一月经航天部组织鉴定验收。空气锤减震基础是采用橡胶隔震器取代传统的砧下木垫层,从而大大降低砧下垫层的刚度,以此来达到降低锻锤基础振动强度的目地。橡胶隔震器是由砧下减震、砧座回程减震和砧座摩擦减震等三个系统组织一减震结构。这种结构主要是采用聚氨脂胶粘剂粘接工业
