呼吸力学数学模型的建立提供了一种在机械通气时不干扰通气设置情况下在线式持续监测呼吸力学的有用工具。线性模型和非线性模型反映不同的呼吸力学特性。建立呼吸力学动态监测数学模型比较常用的方法是最小二乘法、多重线性回归法和切份法 ,新近提出的方法包括动静态算法和模糊聚类法。有必要采用新的方法和技术解决呼吸力学数学模型应用中存在的问题
The establishment of a mathematical model for respiratory mechanics provides a useful tool for on-line continuous monitoring of respiratory mechanics without disturbing ventilatory settings during mechanical ventilation. Linear models and non-linear models reflect different respiratory mechanics characteristics. The most commonly used methods for establishing the mathematical model of dynamic monitoring of respiratory mechanics are the least square method, multiple linear regression method and slicing method. The newly proposed methods include dynamic and static algorithms and fuzzy clustering methods. It is necessary to adopt new methods and techniques to solve the problems in the application of the mathematical model of respiratory mechanics
