目的：探讨合重建在老年人合机能恢复中的作用。方法：对患者采用总义齿、部分义齿进行修复，通过调磨余留牙、采用合垫式义齿，重建符合患者生理状况的合曲线，完成合重建，并通过合重建恢复合机能。结果：２９例患者修复后效果良好，合机能恢复。１例因顽固性下颌前伸习惯未能改正，修复后效果一般。结论：老年缺牙患者多伴有合机能障碍；良好的合重建能消除合机能障碍，恢复合机能
Objective: To explore the role of co-rebuilding in the recovery of co-operative ability of the elderly. Methods: The patients were treated with total denture and partial denture. The remaining dentures were reconstructed by reconstructing the residual teeth and using the combined denture to reconstruct the patient's physiological condition. Results: The results of 29 patients after repair are good, the machine can recover. One case due to intractable mandibular advancement failed to correct, the general effect of repair. Conclusion: Elderly patients with edentulous patients often have combined dysfunction; a good combination of rehabilitation can eliminate combined dysfunction, recovery of co-machine energy
