本文从实际中总结了熔氧结合、吹氧强化冶炼操作技术。适当提高配碳量;力求布料合理;熔化期配加石灰、碎矿(或铁皮),熔化末期扒、放尽“酸性渣”造新渣(碱度>2),以利早期去磷;双管吹氧助熔,加速炉料熔化,氧化期吹氧化渣、埋弧操作、以氧代矿,以及氧化期不规定脱碳量对钢材机械性能并无影响。成钢采用本技术取得较好经济效益,并认为,对以劣质炉料为主的电炉炼钢中小企业有一定推广价值。本文还指出了采用本技术存在的问题及共处理办法。
