脉冲电参数对混气电火花加工工艺性能的影响

根据混气电火花加工对混气加工装置的要求 ,介绍了混气电火花加工装置的原理及组成。利用该混气装置 ,进行了电参数对混气电火花加工性能影响的实验研究 ,并对其进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,脉冲宽度、峰值电流对混气电火花加工的影响不同于普通电火花加工 ,加工速度和表面粗糙度值随着脉宽和峰值电流的增大而减小。 According to the requirements of mixed gas electric discharge machining on mixed gas processing equipment, the principle and composition of mixed gas electric discharge machining equipment are introduced. Using the gas mixing device, the experimental study on the influence of electrical parameters on the performance of mixed gas electric discharge machining was carried out and analyzed. The experimental results show that the influence of pulse width and peak current on GDCM is different from that of EDM. The processing speed and surface roughness decrease with the increase of pulse width and peak current.
