我国是全球洪涝灾害发生次数最多的国家,在七大江河水系中,几乎每年都会发生洪灾,防洪减灾成为流域沿线上各大城市的重点工作之一。堤防工程是防御洪水最为有效的措施之一,如果堤防出现问题,其防洪效果就会大打折扣,一旦期间遭遇洪水,极有可能危及到城市安全。因此必须保证堤防的运行安全、稳定。基于此点,文章就城市防洪堤防设计与加固技术方案进行研究。
China is the country with the most flood disasters in the world. In the seven major river systems, floods occur almost every year. Flood control and disaster mitigation have become one of the key tasks in major cities along the basin. The embankment project is one of the most effective measures to prevent floods. If there are any problems with the embankment, the flood control effect will be greatly reduced. If there is a flood during this period, it is most likely to endanger the safety of the city. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the embankment. Based on this point, the article studies the design of urban flood control embankment and reinforcement technology program.
