红外光谱分析技术具有操作简便、快速、非破坏、无污染等优势,随着近红外技术及相关理论的发展,将在中药领域具有较好的应用前景。作为一种快速、无损的过程分析方法,已经在农业、食品、化工、医药、烟草和化妆品等领域众多领域得到广泛应用[1]。己成为中药材定性判别和定量分析的新兴方法。本文叙述了近红外光谱技术的原理和特点,就其在中药领域的定量分析和定性分析等方面的应用进行了初步探索。
Infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of easy operation, rapid, non-destructive, pollution-free and so on. With the development of near-infrared technology and related theories, it will have a good application prospect in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. As a rapid and non-destructive process analysis method, it has been widely used in many fields such as agriculture, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco and cosmetics [1]. Has become a new method of qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of Chinese herbal medicines. This paper describes the principle and characteristics of NIR spectroscopy and explores its application in quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.
