本文介绍了在热功率10~6大卡/小时的火炬试验炉内进行的水煤浆燃烧性能初步试验结果。试验了四种煤种,CWM中煤粉浓度56~74%,粘度在剪切速度小于100秒~(-1)下为620~781CP,在炉前能顺利输送及雾化。试验期间予热空气为室温至330℃,在无油或无可燃气助燃条件下能实现可靠着火,连续稳定燃烧,燃烧效率为88~98%根据水煤浆火炬燃烧特点,合理组织炉内空气动力结构,采用了炉底特殊射流及三次风等特殊措施,达到了清除炉内沉降积灰,提高燃烧效率及有助于燃烧的基本要求。介绍了沿炉子轴向温度和可燃物燃烬率的试验结果。
This paper presents the preliminary test results of coal-water slurry combustion in a torch test furnace with a heating power of 10 ~ 6 kcal / h. Four kinds of coal were tested. The pulverized coal concentration in CWM ranged from 56 to 74%, and the viscosity was from 620 to 781 cp at a shear rate of less than 100 seconds -1, which was successfully transported and atomized in front of the furnace. During the test, the hot air is at room temperature to 330 ℃, which can achieve reliable ignition under the condition of no oil or non-combustible gas, continuous and stable combustion, the combustion efficiency is 88-98%. According to the characteristics of coal-water mixture torch combustion, Power structure, using a special bottom of the jet and the tertiary air and other special measures to achieve the settlement furnace fouling, to improve combustion efficiency and contribute to the basic requirements of combustion. The test results along the furnace axial temperature and combustibles burning rate are introduced.
