随着体育训练的不断发展,很多项目的专家与教练员都开始关注核心稳定性训练,并逐渐成为核心的训练项目之一。本文首先对核心稳定性进行了简单的介绍,然后通过击剑训练中对核心稳定性的训练,希望能够提高击剑运动员本身的核心稳定性,能够帮助其避免在运动训练中的损伤,以便提高整体的竞技水平。
As sports training continues to evolve, many project specialists and coaches are beginning to focus on core stability training and have gradually become one of the core training programs. This paper first introduces the core stability briefly, and then through the core stability training in fencing training, hoping to improve the core stability of fencing players themselves, can help to avoid injury in sports training in order to improve the overall Competitive level.
