铜合金表面激光熔覆Ni-Ti-Si涂层微观组织及耐磨性能

利用激光熔覆技术,在铜合金表面制备了两种Ni-Ti-Si复合涂层,测试并分析了涂层的组成、微观组织和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,在Ni-15Ti-15Si涂层(涂层1)中主要形成了枝晶状的TiSi、TiSi/TiNi3共晶和γ-Ni相,而在Ni-35Ti-15Si涂层(涂层2)中主要形成了黑色树枝状的Ti2Ni3Si强化相和白色带状的Ti2Ni相;涂层2的平均显微硬度值为涂层1的1.3倍,约为铜基体的9.5倍;室温环境下涂层2的平均摩擦系数约为0.54,较铜基体的摩擦系数降低了35%,因此具有优异的耐磨性。 Two kinds of Ni-Ti-Si composite coatings were prepared on the surface of copper alloy by laser cladding. The composition, microstructure and friction and wear properties of the coatings were tested and analyzed. The results show that the dendritic TiSi, TiSi / TiNi3 eutectic and γ-Ni phases are predominantly formed in the Ni-15Ti-15Si coating (Coating 1), whereas in the Ni-35Ti-15Si coating ) Mainly formed black dendritic Ti2Ni3Si reinforced phase and white ribbon Ti2Ni phase. The average microhardness of coating 2 was 1.3 times of that of coating 1, which was about 9.5 times of that of copper substrate. The coatings at room temperature 2 has an average friction coefficient of about 0.54, which is 35% lower than the friction coefficient of the copper matrix, and therefore has excellent wear resistance.
