为提升全液压轮胎压路机整机效率,分析传动系统总体要求,发现发动机工作点和液压系统效率是制约整机效率的关键。设计了基于发动机转速、液压泵排量和变量马达排量的三变量综合控制策略,采用载荷谱数据记录仪对车辆进行测试和数据采集。结果表明在8 km/h的综合工况测试下,燃油消耗率降低了25%,施工效率提高了6%。试验结果表明,所设计的三变量控制策略可以实现轮胎压路机的节能高效。
In order to improve the whole hydraulic roller pressure roller efficiency, analysis of the general requirements of the transmission system and found that the engine operating point and hydraulic system efficiency is the key to the efficiency of the whole machine. A three-variable integrated control strategy based on engine speed, displacement of hydraulic pump and variable displacement motor was designed. The load spectrum data recorder was used to test and collect the vehicle data. The results show that at 8 km / h overall condition test, the fuel consumption rate is reduced by 25% and the construction efficiency is improved by 6%. The experimental results show that the designed three-variable control strategy can realize the energy saving and efficiency of the tire roller.
