随着我国铁路运输事业的发展,为满足机车车辆以与区间一致的允许运行速度,直向通过单开道岔的安全性及重载条件下少维修等要求,必须研制新型道岔结构。本文叙述和讨论50ATl2—Ⅱ型单开道岔的设计构思、参数选择、平剖面、结构特征、试制试铺及运营等方面的特点,并引列动力测试的某些结果,指出存在的问题及解决途径。建议在主要干线50轨地段正线结合道岔大修,迅速用50AT12—Ⅱ型单开道岔取代。
With the development of railway transport in our country, a new type of turnout structure must be developed in order to meet the requirements of locomotive and rolling stock to allow the running speed consistent with the interval, the safety of straight-through turnout and the less maintenance under heavy load conditions. This paper describes and discusses the design conception, parameter selection, flat section, structural characteristics, trial production and operation of 50AT12-Ⅱ single turnout and some results of power test, and points out the existing problems and solutions way. It is suggested to combine the overhaul of the turnout on the main line with the main track of 50 sections and quickly replace it with the single open switch of type 50AT12-Ⅱ.
