目的研究在黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤(extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa associated lymph-oid tissue,MALT淋巴瘤)中bcl-10核表达和NF-κB/p65活化的关系,探讨bcl-10核表达对MALT淋巴瘤发生的价值。方法收集不同部位MALT淋巴瘤74例(包括29例胃、16例肠、15例眼眶、8例肺、2例唾液腺、1例甲状腺、1例唇、1例胸腺和1例附睾),用免疫组化EnVision法检测bcl-10和NF-κB/p65的表达。结果在74例MALT淋巴瘤中,bcl-10的阳性率为94.6%(70/74),其中胞质阳性率为52.7%(39/74),胞核阳性率为41.9%(31/74);NF-κB/p65的阳性率为100%(74/74),其中细胞质阳性率47.3%(35/74),细胞核和细胞质共同阳性率占52.7%(39/74)。统计结果显示bcl-10核阳性与NF-κB核表达间有显著相关性(P<0.001)。结论在MALT淋巴瘤中,bcl-10核表达对NF-κB活化有显著影响,可能是促进细胞增生、导致肿瘤形成的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of bcl-10 and the activation of NF-κB / p65 in extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa associated lymph-oid tissue (MALT lymphoma) -10 nuclear expression of MALT lymphoma. Methods Totally 74 cases of MALT lymphoma (including 29 cases of stomach, 16 cases of intestine, 15 cases of orbit, 8 cases of lung, 2 cases of salivary gland, 1 case of thyroid gland, 1 case of lip, 1 case of thymus and 1 case of epididymis) were collected from different sites. EnVision method was used to detect the expression of bcl-10 and NF-κB / p65. Results The positive rate of bcl-10 was 94.6% (70/74) in 74 cases of MALT lymphoma, of which the positive rate of cytoplasm was 52.7% (39/74) and the positive rate of nuclei was 41.9% (31/74) The positive rate of NF-κB / p65 was 100% (74/74). The positive rate of cytoplasm was 47.3% (35/74) and the positive rate of nucleus and cytoplasm was 52.7% (39/74). The statistical results showed a significant correlation between nuclear bcl-10 expression and NF-κB nuclear expression (P <0.001). Conclusion In MALT lymphoma, bcl-10 nuclear expression has a significant effect on the activation of NF-κB, which may be an important factor in promoting cell proliferation and tumor formation.
